The probability of this happening is very slim, every now and then you get someone go off the side at the same time as someone off the top etc etc.

Anyways as Vyse said, whoever the game kills first loses, thats the way the cookie crumbles.

why dont u go into special brawl/melee... and change the percents and hit blah... then have your own sudden death without the random bombs...

i think its fairer than the lower percent thing

I don't think it's any fairer.
It doesn't benefit heavy characters who live longer.
Same deal as Percentage rule, it doesn't benefit characters designed to live to longer Percents.

Unless for the sudden death players could re-pick their character ;)

Still, it's not something I want to adopt for SQUAT. Tournament as big as this I don't wanna mess with what's tried and true.

its just you made it that far anything could have happened. so tie.
therefore, new game, first one to get hit loses... pretty much =P

(first dash attack =P)

i guess it benefits the person on higher percent because the current ruleset screws them over.

i thought if both people died at the "exact same time" then they did a rematch. course i'm basing this off of what gfaqs tells me =P <3 gfaqs

oh wow, great bay is legit for doubles I KNOW WHERE I'M COUNTERPICKING. =D=D=D=D=D bestest stage in the game.

SD: Yeah but i'm not staying with you guys this time, half of the fun stuff about tourneys such as this are the **** people do afterwards. I don't want to just turn up for a tourney and be bored afterwards =/

Besides I really think I should start saving for a car for when I get my license

Nah I'm pretty horrible. Hate Sheik dittoes sooooo much. I'm sure you'll beat me! I'll try and be more of a challenge when I see you next (definitely sometime in the future!).

Bsrk_ is our sheik main and a huge part of our scene, he used to hold all the tournaments back in 08 when we struggled to get 10 people, he's also the father figure of the scene and reassures parents etc. Thanks to his smooth talking I was allowed to go to SQUAT. We wubs him.

It's good for some chars. I like it with falco/IC/peach/marth

re: stage striking, usually we play random nuetrals with one stage cancel per player, but if both players agree there should be no reason why you can't stage strike.
