Shaun of the Dead is an EXCELLENT movie. I love the part when Shaun and Ed were coming home from the pub and a zombie was moaning along to the song they were singing.

You guys should all be wrecking Bowsers. He absolutely hates any and all forms of projectiles and/or camping. Bowsers want to get up close to grab/Klaw you--Olimar's pivot grab is a real pain here for Bowser.

Haven't seen Shaun of the Dead yet, but I really want to, especially with the writer currently writing Ant Man.

Do you ever feel helpless as Olimar? I just had this random bout of helplessness earlier today when I was playing. I was on RC, and it was at the pendulum part of the stage. I had used my second jump for something and got hit out of it, then I tether and the boost was just a millimeter too small to put me up on the stage. His recovery is just so disappointing I love him and his pikmin but ****....

Just learn to use your dj very wisely. It's a learning curve that I learned as a Ness main and applies more to Olimar.

IIRC you were a fair bit away from the stage when I hit you out of the second jump...unless you're talking about a different game on RC that you played against someone else

thanks xD there is a round that I won also, I've been doing a new training method, next time I will beat him

rich your slow... up-tilt and nair have the same properties, once you told us about up-tilt I immediately figured nair would work also and tested it. but instead of chasing, just grab the ledge and edge hop nair.... it covers every option of falco. and I've been testing edge drop nair, between invincibility frames and the priority, its a really good edge gaurd

I shud practice this on CPu's. With ROB & Olimar, I always fail at spiking snake . Easier with limar as there is no massive starting lag but like I hit him and i don't hit the top, and he just flies upwards and away .

If Bowser klaws you offstage it doesn't matter if you have the % lead and the fact that you control where both of you go because you won't be able to make it back onstage.

I know, I saw that one too; I found out that this thing called Video Game Boot Camp on YouTube has a lot of videos of you and spent some time watching them last night. And that edguard idea seems SO good, I think you've posted at least one great idea a day since you started posting regularly XD

-What can I do if he starts Claw Camping? If you don't know what that means: I had gotten stock lead, and as opposed to his ordinary tactics he starting SHADing a lot and constantly throwing out Koopa Claws. After evading them for like half a minute he finally caught me -_- (This was on FD btw)

-It seemed like his jab and ftilt either match pivot grab range or even beat it. Am I mistaken or should I stop trying to pivot grab him?

Pivot grab is good, but limit it to primarily punishing landings

I'd heard of Greward but never took the time to watch him before...

I just watched some of his vids, and I gotta admit I think he's probably my fav Oli to watch now ._.

The only gripe I have is sometimes he doesn't recover well, whether it be off stage or bad situations. But he makes some really good reads off his throws, and in one match against a falco he did dthrow-standing purple-regrab. I've never thought of that, it was legit (inb4iwasdoingthatmonthsago/thatdoesntworklol)
