It might just be turned off on Brawl. You cannot fix a broken part on a controller, your only other option to get a new one.

On the bright side, a lot of players don't like rumble. Some even "neuter" their controller so they'll never have rumble XD.

Yes. Someone does something really impressive, or mindgames me to **** and back, I'm all for taunting about that. But I'm talking about people who obnoxiously taunt. Even when they're behind in stocks O_o

Not like it does any good considering I have no tourny level smahsers near me... but ANYWAY. I main Oli, obviously, and second DDD/Snake. Even though sometimes I think I'm better with DDD/Snake then I am with Oli. :[
