okay, we should all start acting more like a community of olimars working together and sharing information. everytime i come here I'm almost never satisfied. and i know new tricks on certain MUs that no olimar does. like falling on diddy's bananas with super armor. i read what richbrown posted, lets seriously make olimar a ****ing scary character to fight. none of us can do it alone, but if we believe in making olimar better he will get better and better. lets use our expertise together in amplifying our olimars.. seriously guys, I'm not kidding around or just saying this, lets work together or lose alone <3

when i first started SWF my grammar was as bad as elementary because i didn't care and i typed really quick. so if my wording seems iffy or whatever people tend to challenge me on that here at the olimar boards, none of the other boards do it. its a first impression and sociology matter. XD

Yeah that utilt thing really made it apparent to me how in the future the falco matchup could be in our advantage.

Improving our matchups is probably the most important goal as Oli players. We can work to fix our weak areas as well. The one that comes to me first is that most Olis lack a solid close range game.

see! that's epic news! up tilt and down tilt are under used.


as groundbreaking as this was for me another trick is do a retreating grounded pivot tether to MKs tornado when in a tight situation ;D try it someday when an MK gets tornado happy.

tornado is terrifying but we have artillery now against it!
-Whistle the ending blow to super armor knock back blow
-Nair form the top
-Purple pikmin toss to the top of tornado
-grab or pivot grab if they are low enough
-pikmin tether or pivot tether.

so i've had olimar's F smash beat tornado. i've had a fire and a yellow beat it before, anyone interested in studying this with me to give those MKs hell? hit me up on AIM opxSuperNintendo anytime for discussion

if the MK stops using tornado to trump olimar we have the game down.
