peace and love bro.

We'll be waiting.

edit:

Note: i've retired probably at least ten times mostly because i'm very inactive in the community but you cannot ever quit this game :)

Love ya Vman. Eggstinction was the greatest thing ever. (I can't wait for Eggstinction 2) No doubt the best Yoshi main we've had. Your Falco was ight. <3

Vman, it was both a pleasure and an honor getting to play on your livestream setup that Monday morning, at P5. I wish I was able to play you, but just meeting you was enough. Your a great person, and player. I wish you all the best, long life, peace, and prosperity, and in all your future endeavors (Melee or no melee)

P.S. you are the best Yoshi main, America has ever had. If you decide to continue playing, you'll definitely be the best Yoshi main in the world. Although you and I both love Fumi sempai. :D

I'll talk with you privately later, Tim.
I cried manly tears of sorrow last night, Jeff. I kinda just teared up a bit...

Do what you gotta do Tim, but think before you decide to do something like this. Make sure this is the right outlet for this sorta thing. I know me and Jeff is behind you.

Just so you know as long as you are planning to still stalk the boards you'll never be truly retired there will always be some event you'll be
Able to make that peaks your interest and then you think about all the fun you'll have then you proceed to go to that event and unretire, I tried to quit myself lol I have like NO ONE to play with consistently that's any good. I drove 4 hours once for 5 hours
Of friendlies with people then drove 4 hours back home. And I been playing competitively since 05. And I still suck :). I quit for SC2 but then realized playing people in person is so much more fun than over the internet

Retiring is like saying never. Please never think of retiring, instead, go on a hiatus.

I really do appreciate you (among others) as a player for pushing the lower tiered characters and I hope that you will never truly retire, instead, take a hiatus to think things through.

No johns

I don't have anyone here to play.

I haven't played since pound and before that I hadn't played since Rom3.

And thanks Elvis for including me in SV.(sarcasm)

Love you too.

"Then there's Melee, where the only thing that matters is how well you do. No matter which job you just got fired from, how bad you just did on your test, or how many girlfriends dumped you in a row, you will ALWAYS have Melee. You will ALWAYS be able to turn on your gamecube and continue your quest from right where you left off. Then you go to tournaments, prove yourself, gain respect, etc. There's a lot to it, but the point I'm trying to get at is, any true Melee player knows and understands this concept. Whether or not they'd word it the same as I have, I'm not sure. But every dedicated Melee player is part of this world."

All i can really say is that even though niether of us are on the mewtwo boards anymore (heck, i barely post at all at this point) I'd like to thank you for giving me undeserved praise for the test video i made last summer, (You were the only one that thought i had improved an iota iirc) and for generally being one of the most polite and positive people on these boards. Hopefully before i finally tire of playing, i'll get to meet you or axe or maybe even taj, if they have a national anywhere near where i live.

Whether or not you really retire, the above info will remain true, and it's something i should have said a long time ago.

good luck with anything you attempt in this life :)

All right, I'll explain it.

Ken is coming back in reincarnated form, and will dominate the MLG Melee tournaments with Red Roy in the 22nd century.

I know right? The fact that it's with Yoshi makes it even cooler (shout-out to great Yoshi mains persevering with their terrible character in such a tough game, like V3ctorMa- O WAIT).

The thing is. Players don't really retire. They just fade away... I think the only player to formally retire and stayed true to it was Ken.

No one cared about Manacloud.
Ken, though, yeah, he retired.

So why exactly is VMan retiring? Cuz when I read his speak I just read a back ground history.. not really a specific reason to quit..

Unless his reason is being in the military..
