Regional crews at Apex 2: EC vs WC

I am the captain for EC vs WC for regional crews. The Mississippi River is the border being used. Everything right of it is fair game for us to use.

I'd like to choose five players from this region for the crew. I'm taking two from Florida, three from Midwest, and five from here. I determined the numbers based on population representation.

ADHD is not attending.

Help me determine who to use in the big 10v10 battle.

Anti, ksizzle, Atomsk, Shadow, and Fatal? MD/VA seems to be slipping hard, so... I'm open to suggestions from them, of course.

Anti and Atomsk for sure, Shadow or Nairo for another MK as well are good picks but who's better between them? Ksizzle hasn't produced any really good recent results from what I know(besides beating Jash/NL like 2 months ago), mainly cause he doesn't enter I guess but I think a Lucario would be great to have, he really should enter something or I guess consider June?

I'm very convinced that Chu should get a spot, he's been dominating in our region winning everything this season and his performance against ADHD n Ally 2 weeks ago shows his dominance and ability to go game 5 with the best players in the world.

Malcolm should be in this when I think about it. Dudes mad good, plus more character diversity wouldn't hurt.

We'll have to see who else registers and confirms anything... I hope Seibrik, Afro, etc. will go.

ChuDat...I guess. Is he MD/VA's best player? If so, then yes for him in both crew battles.

San is really a legitimate thought, who knows how to fight ike rofl, it would also be extra hype

As for our players, since NEO isn't going, the only other ones that are viable from our region are Candy and June. Candy has been practicing with Chu, and June is practicing non-stop. Everyone else in our region probably isn't quite up to snuff, on his good days Logic is probably the best player in our region but on his bad days he can lose to seagull. Candy suffers from this as well. June usually doesn't.

Edit: I think we have videos of Chu vs Ally and ADHD. He always takes ally to last hit and can't pull it off, but is always so close. He also beat xzax's 2 stocks in like 80 seconds rofl

ChuDat seems like a favorite choice, and few people really know the Kirby match-up, so he seems like a solid addition to the team.

ksizzle should probably be in since he has multiple good characters and a good history at nationals.

Unfortunately, the only event teh_spamerer is entering is Melee doubles. I tried to convince him to enter other stuff and I said I'd even try to arrange me teaming with him or someone else good, but he still said no.

For our fifth player, I'd want to go with either Shadow or Junebug.

I like it :bee: i still don't know who to choose between june or shadow though. another gdlk mk or another gdlk lucario. and im happy chu is in yay. hes so goood. glad he didnt really retire.

also wtf at ppl saying md/va is slipping? last 3 tournies oos came...atomsk got 9th, malcolm got 4th....adhd and ally did win our tourny...but chu took both to game 5 and ps took them both to 3rd game last stock...last hit with ally...and the top of md/va outplaced orion and atomsk

i guess we'll never get our props

lol @ not getting props i was the only one who beat ally from md/va that tourney f u all u either beat someone or u lose it doesnt matter how close it gets its how brawl is everything is down to last hit or last grab for ics.

regardless im not defending myself to be in crew battles. *** this stressful game id rather chill and watch other amazing players play in it. tbh we dont even need our best to win it just a solid range of different chars so we can counterpick well with.

Update:

Midwest part of the team confirmed as Mew2King, Lain, and Shugo.

Florida can confirm CO18. Still waiting on another player.

The north can confirm Anti, Atomsk, and ksizzle. Still need two more.
