so who's coming this weekend?

It was a pretty good tournament overall I thought. I still need to get a lot better though. :S

Should also try melee some more.

You'll get better in time, just keep playing.
Patience required for melee if you're used to playing brawl.

Tomorrow I'm putting payment down for the room. $185 for 10 hours. So, it's going to be a $10 venue fee. Sorry guys. But any extra money will go into refunding people who bring equipment!.

Brawl will be a $5 entry fee, doubles free.

Melee doubles will be free. Melee singles is up to you guys once again. You can play for a pot, or you can not. Depends on who shows up.

I'm also considering booking the room again on the 24th. Saturday before Robocop. It's also a weekend that Oates and Hall will be in Queensland.

Thoughts?

$15 is nothing.. I spend more on one pint at the belgian bar.
I'll bring equipment if it's needed vyse.. it wasn't used last time tho.
need to **** everyone this time, the pub isn't a viable alternative because I'll have to drive back to bris afterwards.
I will probs have 3 free spaces in my car if anybody needs a lift from bris, 4 spaces if sea doesn't come.

poor rocko. i counter picked halberd against his mk and he sded then i killed him.. then i ftilted him into halberd beam thing off stage... dirtiest 3 stock ever -,-

zzz diddys shield.. i keep thinking i can break it. even when its so small. so bs no pokes either.

zzz kaion it was more like 12 % difference. i know because i decided ide land my back air either kill you or time you out. i was being patience as u would get into my jumping back air range. gotta get that olimar. had some bad luck with that one :S

I'd decided I wanted to win on time when I had a 40% lead somewhere. I was uber paranoid about uTilt and my strategy totally backfired on me.

I can't say I didn't deserve it.

There's been a rise in the level of QLD imo.
*Popdart's G&W has gotten better. Especially with the 9 hammers lol.
*Testi's Marth is quite fierce now. LolbeatingTokionce.
*Arrow can outcamp me now which cripples me.
*I still can't beat all of Toki's silly characters. He's the one player I can't CP.
*Oldman's Snake from what I was watching would give me a lot of trouble.

Not to mention how Kas & Zac aren't even trying and I have to give over 9000% to win.

I so want to go next weekend. 24th sounds good, I don't know if I'd like to play those guys in tourney matches but coaching/friendlies etc all round QLD could definately be a good thing.

me ted hall and oates are driving up from sydney (about 10 hours drive ) dean, so we'll just rock up to your place, probs get in pretty late, then we'll have the whole of the 25th to chill, hall and oates would probably rather check things out around there then go to a tourney, but I'm sure smash will be playing none the less, and then on the 26th, we're driving up to gladstone, which is only a 6 hour drive so we can probably do stuff in the morning anyways.
