? You don't have to make it.I loved the MM stage but from what I understand, others didn't. Also, it's not in Brawl and would take a fair bit of effort to make.
Universal Changes
Tripping rate increased to 64x normal
Tripping can occur in the air too.
Tripping damages the person who trips.
Pressing Taunt Kills You.
Hitstun removed.
Melee air dodge system adopted.
Respawn Invincibility removed.
Stop Watch freezes game indefinitely.
Stage Friction is minimal.
Rumble occurs late.
Stickers, CDs, Trophies and Bananas explode on contact.
Motion Sensor Bombs and Smart Bombs (starfox) cause tripping.
Bob-oms are giant walking bananas (they still explode).
Items can't be turned off and are always set to "Very High".
Ledges have permanent pitfalls.
Random Select always picks Sandbag* on Pokemon Stadium 2.
Stages scroll in reverse.
Shields last indefinitely but have a chance to break at any moment and will always break immediately on "powershielding" a move.
Dodging has invincibility only on every other frame. It also causes one frame of invincibility about 5 seconds later.
The AI takes control of players briefly at random moments.
There is no limit to the power boost charging moves can grant.
The Homerun Bat's smash attacks shield break and 1HKO if blocked.
All stage music is replace by MODOK's theme with Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" as a random replacement.
All characters have zero fall speed and minimal fast fall speed.
Slow motion replays must be watched after every match. The music is adjusted to match.
Move priority is determined by the number of the controller port.
All UpB moves are replaced by the Caramel Dansen motion.
Life stealing in teams can only be done if it would kill the teammate you are stealing from.

Some Character Specific Changes
Bowser... <suggest> :random:
Captain Falcon shouts "Falcooon Puunch!" for every attack and "Yes!" for every other action. Both him and Falco have Captain Falcon based textures on a Falco model, making them hard to tell apart.
Diddy Kong's jetpack causes tripping (with confetti) when it hits players, even in the air. Will occasionally fire Diddy off the top of the screen due to super misfire.
Donkey Kong... <suggest> :random:
Falco shoots Bob-oms rather than lasers.
Fox has Falco's old lasers with added rapid fire.
Ganondorf's neutral B is a super tornado and he keeps his sword after taunting.
Nana looks like Popo and Popo looks like Nana (model swap for ICs).
Ike fights with a Pow Hammer rather than a sword, with sounds to match. His B moves sometimes have the strength to match too but otherwise his damage is less than normal.
Jigglypuff's up B turns the entire stage black temporarily and his down B is useless.
King Dedede spits with infinite strength.
Kirby's Copy ability KOs (doesn't copy) and his Utilt has an insane hitbox range.
Links Final Smash keeps hitting until you stop holding the B button and his bombs are Bob-oms.

Ness and Lucas' PK Starstorms rain starmen instead of damaging.
Lucas' PK Freeze spawns Freezies.
Luigi misfires 7 out of 8 times, rather than 1 in 8.

Marth's Counter doesn't end until B is released.
Controls for all players are inverted during Metaknight's B moves, his face is replaced by "" and his voice is that of a baby.
Mr.Game&Watch's forward B always hits nines.
Olimar spawns items instead of using or spawning Pikmin.
Peach does not pull up turnips, but Smash Balls.
Pikachu is replaced by a female Pichu who looks like Pikachu on the caracter select screen.

Wario can pull out a new bike as soon as he begins to fall after jumping off the last one, giving him infinite recovery.

Players stay in Yoshi eggs for far longer than normal.
Zelda and Sheik transform into random characters, rather than eachother.
Zero Suit Samus has large sensor bars that float infront of her, despite being fully clothed.
Some Stage Specific Changes
Final Destination tilts and flips.
On Jungle Japes, Klap Traps spawn really frequently and jump extra high.
On Port Town: Aero Dive, cars spawn frequently and kill one hit.

Umm, that post of mine might have been a little preemptive. I have a music code and files to go with it now (see above) so that probably counts as progress...so is this a pointless thread then?

Just like Brawl-!!!!!!My prediction: this is going to be fun for about 2 minutes, if that. At the very latest, the moment the novelty wears thin, it will become incredibly boring.
