Eh, those Sonic suggestions were just my two cents. After all, his Bair is probably a little better thanks to LD.

Also, if Nintendo releases another smash game and it is basicly "Brawl verison 2" would the P:M Team go through the trouble of making P:M v2?
Don't you know Nintendo is stealing the PM team's ideas, and - eventually, but maybe not immediately - it's developers. Then they're going to take all the good stuff from it; add they're own "lulzy" stuff to it; and release the game with better graphics, more characters, and a terribly long, disconnected, poorly written 1 player story mode. Then they'll make tons of money charging people for it :p

Kidding aside - however much it mirrors a distinct reality - I think that the idea of having Yoshi use egg roll from a shielded position sounds interesting. And those vids that EY posted... I had no idea Yoshi could do that. Would be interesting to see a Yoshi with more/new options show up on a stream soon.

I thought Lucas's recovery is quite substantial compared to a lot of melee characters. And it's quite easy to aim too.

although that's just me :/

can someone tell me how pit's side b actually functions? cause i don't really understand it lol
Aerial SideB is an instant glide. You can interrupt the glide into any aerial or glide attack.
Grounded SideB is a jump then instant glide. You can interrupt the glide into any aerial or glide attack.

I mean he's still wide open while aiming, and that certain attacks can nullify the ball and screw Lucas over.
Yeah, that is the main drawback, although I think the range of the recovery does balance that. Like Sneak said, he does still have a tether, so airdodge into tether is a good alternative.

That reminds me of something my friend said a long *** time ago when I played Brawl.

"I TRY TO GET AWAY FROM YOUR ****ING SNAKE BUT RANDOM **** AROUND ME KEEPS ON EXPLODING"

All snake's aerials are better with the new LD. All aerials are. lol.

EDIT: How would landing detection(melee's) ever hurt someone?
I guess someone spending extra time in the air could be bad. With Brawl landing detection, everyone lands sooner, so some characters would be a little slower in that sense. Not much, but it's something, I guess.

Wait a second. Something from BRAWL could actually make something faster than it was in Melee? Mind = Blown.

Still, I don't even pretend to doubt Melee landing detection is better in sooooooo many ways.
