To change your title and name color, look in the User CP.

Title will be under "Edit Your Details"
Color will be under "Group Memberships"


To change your name, PM Virg, with "Premuim" in the subject line. Make sure the name is not already in use.

You prank some one by sending me a PM of who you want to prank. You get the green title by going into your UserCP and clicking 'display premium membership' under groups or something like that.

If that doesn't work, I can also change it manually for you.

You just need a GMail account, and even then I don't remember it requiring you to sign up to make a payment for something...

Even then, it only takes about 30 seconds to make a Google account.

I remember many years ago, my little brother wanted to sign up to what I think was Runescape; they made him print off a form, get it signed by a parent, and fax it in before the account could be activated.

Yeah, that's basically what COPPA entails. Your parent needs to directly provide the approval to the owner, not the child.
