Yes, unless there's a 3-way tie going between Hax/Vman/Azen, but I'm pretty sure it's Hax, Vman, Azen in that order.

It'd be easier to tell if we knew the pool.

Weon-X is the next tier under IB, Raynex, Unknown522, etc. Apparently he's the top Chilean player though, but he moved up here awhile ago.

weon-x is amazing. But the top player is still probably Unknown or Kirbykaze or RaynEX amongst the many great players in ontario.
