i don't think that would be good, adding FOUR more sonic characters and NARUTO? wtf that isnt even a game franchise, its a crappy anime, i don't get it, where did this naruto for ssb4 come from?

Anyways, no clones should be in the next one, if they their own chracter then that's ok, but if it's the same chracter like Dr. Mario then they shouldn't return.

Anyway, we need Kamek. Bowser Jr. would be cool, as much as I don't like the little guy's existence.
Also for a Metroid rep (yes, I'll get bad reviews) a Morph Ball mode character (Boost, Spider, etc).
Toon Link for revamp. Tetra/Toon Zelda. Ganondorf revamp.
If you guys won't accept Krystal, then Pigma Dengar should get in.
Lucario is not Psychic. He is Steel/Fighting. Mewtwo definitely needs to make it back. Pichu not-so-much, Jigglypuff needs better fighting options. (Wider Sing range? Heal on Rest? Super Armor on charging Rollout to emphasize Defense Curl? Bounce as a new dAir?)

I'd think it'd be cool for Jiggs to have the green headband back. That makes her look bad *** more. Or if not, they should give her an army helmet. Then people would refer to it as a "he".

Needs Sora or Roxas, preferably Roxas because he seems to be Nintendo of Kingdom hearts. Plus Roxas is a combo Monster with OathKeeper and Oblivion.
EDIT: Also needs moar Darknutz, they would be the Ike's of The Legend of Zelda, unless Ganondorf gets a sword..make that a wish too.

so many pages i cant read them all. i would like lobbys for online like in pso. a place were i can just chill. that means a much better online. nintendo needs to altogether get rid of those tacky friend codes.
i would like a bigger story mode and at least 50 characters with at least of them being 3rd party . but no more than 10. more of what they have. more cds more stickers and a way better stage builder. with more parts and such .. the works. everything in the game is pretty good . beef it up. and i would change sonic . i like variety in moves. some other characters need this tweak as well. stages ... i like them as is.. i dont think they have done me wrong.. i think maybe they should have a mode for you lads that dont like to use items or fun stages.

As much as I love that, "Competitive Mode" will never be birthed; it will always be opposed. There was already too much for a standard disc to hold; I can't see them putting more content than Brawl in the next one.
With that, I'm believing Brawl really is to end them all :/

no, they really need to bring back dr. mario, because in all honesty, mario sucks, dr. mario is just so much better.

They need to bring everyone back! But of course, they are thinking of casual players only, the most popular characters. (To make money 0_o) Then again is jiggly really all that popular?
Apart from obvious new characters (Cactar from Final Fantasy is a definate must if were going all off nintendo quite randomly) I really want alternate versions of stages, like an increased difficulty that can be unlocked after doing a certain goal within the stage, or playing it so many times or whatever (For instance, get a massive top score on 75m, or complete 10 mini-games in a row in Warioware, play as Mario 10 times in Delfino Plaza)
That kind of stuff.. (But with SSB4 stages)
Secondly, stop having such awful F-Zero levels, Mute City and Port Town Aero Dive were plain awful imo.
Thirdly, a better online, I like the randomness of Against Anybody, but a random Super Sudden Death Match, or the option to play a stock or coin match wouldnt have gone a miss.

The odds are the next Smash would be on the next Nintendo console so that pretty much kills the thought of SSB4 from a logical standpoint for me [fool me once] but I wonder what they would do with stuff like Smashballs and SSE and what characters they would remove or bring back.

Lip is just the worst idea for a character ever. She was in one Japan only puzzle game. I mean come on, what the hell, we can do better then that.

Yea, that was a little confusing how a chracter that showed up in the polls twice and didn't get put in the game. Oh well, at least they got her theme song in the game.
Panel De Pon, Nintnedo Puzzle Collection, Panel De Pon DS and Captian Rainbow, she would had more games if NOA wasn't scared of Fairy Girls at the time. >_> If Captian Rainbow some how be in the US then more people would know more about Lip.
Also you can't say that she's the worst idea, I mean if you say that then you also say that Dr. Mario is a bad idea as well because he's from a puzzle game as well, (I know somebody is going to say I'm glad he's gone), or ROB because he's in two games and don't fight. ^_^;

Lip was the main protagonist in the Japanese version of the first installment of the very successful Tetris Attack (Panel de Pon) series, and has made seveal appearances in a few games again (see former posts).
On the other hand, a few facts:
- Sheik has only appeared in one game (besides Smash): The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time; on top of that only as a disguise for Princess Zelda.
- Pit has only appeared in one game: Kid Icarus
- The Ice Climbers have only appeared in one game: Ice Climber
- Ganondorf was first introduced in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time; before, he never has appeared.
- Zero Suit Samus has appeared only in one game: Metroid Zero Mission; which was a remake of Metroid, and Zamus only appeared during a small added scenario.
- Captain Falcon never had any real appearances outside of his car, especially not while fighting. His moveset is completely made up from nowhere.
- The same goes for the Star Fox cast, Zelda, Peach, R.O.B., Captain Olimar, and I'm pretty sure I have forgotten a few here.
- Roy has only appeared in one game: Fire Emblem (GBA). He was put in Melee only for advertisment reasons.
- Marth has only appeared in a Japan only game: Fire Emblem.
However, Marth, just like Lip, justifies as first main protagonist of a very successful series and therefore is reasonable to be put in.

Actually, Peach fought prior to Melee in two games. She fought in SMB2 and in SMRPG. As for Olimar, you can say that's true to a degree.

ganon or "ganondorf" is the same character, only his appearances have changed, to say he's only been introduced thru ocarina doesn't make much sense. so of course ganondorf gets to be in smash, ice climbers and kid icarus are very popular classic titles, in both america and the rest of the world. the star fox team is......starfox of course they get in, how are you comparing lip to any of this? lip is a joke.

im not arguing her spot over krystal, or FE, or dark samus or ESPECIALLY waluigi, but she's definatley not close to being popular enough to get in over alot of other characters, especially some 3rd party characters that have become more famous for nintendo than she ever has (megaman, bomberman) and as for the ganon appearance, the only reason they used the model they did in melee was because they used the latest model from the zelda game, which happened to be ocarina, if it was never realeased it probably would have been a big fat pig instead.Ganon:
