Falcon is bad, certainly, but, he isn't just unusable tier against everyone outside of F Tier or anything. The character can function well against low tiers and even okay against mid tiers.

They're taken waaaaaaay too seriously in this thread but they still matter and should be taken into account (somewhat) when deciding on character placements.
