If you want to walk 15-20 min from emu plains by all means catch those times. Otherwise I recommend being on the trains I mentioned. I bringing a TV and dint really feel like showing up 10 min after registeration and carrying a TV for 15 min.
Keep in mind that the bus to the venue leaves penrith station and departs at 8:30am.
