So, it's pretty cool, coz the window I've been using to look at smashboards with glitched, and Alzis post size is normal. And everyone elses is a small bit larger, it's hardly noticeable.

Must keep this window open for eternity...

Anyway I semi-agree with Alzi. 2 tournaments isn't quite enough.
Plus Alzi made me lol in this thread so I'm fine with him for tonight.

! P.S when i backspace letters, and then write over them, the faint outline of the letters stay there so it's confusing.

Ok so I just typed up a huge post telling everyone who thinks at that I would be below Shaya if the PR was made today why they're wrong, but then I realised I don't have to justify myself to any of you, except those on the panel.

Even Shaya pretty much told me that he agrees I should be first at this stage.

In short, Alzi is dumb and Splice needs to learn how a PR works.

2. Shaya
3. Scoot
4. Myself (could possibly go back on even with Luke at this point, or even swap)
5. Luke (Or as I mentioned, myself)
6-10. Toby, Zero, S.D, Scabe, Liam?

Order for the latter half could be hazy, but I'd expect Toby to drop, and Scabe to possibly rise a little.

But that's all just speculation from myself. I don't even think we should have it updated till after Thriller anyway, since the tourney's been planned long enough for us to be perfectly ready for it, so no johns for not placing well, and thus it should give a more accurate indication of how some players are really faring with everyone else at theis stage.

EDIT: I should not use MK next tourney. I want that ugly thing off of my name.

Well if those games were close which i am guessing they are as usual then atleast win 1 or 2 more tournaments before going above Shaya.

I am right though in saying Ted can't go above you by only winning two tournaments in a row it makes no sense at all.

You need to also be looking at other aspects on how Ted does with the rest of the scene compared to you once he does start winning constant tournaments row by row.

Power rankings are for commenting on and having arguments on which heat things up.

Power Rankings : A list of current dominant players within a scene, in this case, Super Smash Brothers Brawl.

The key word is CURRENT. Currently, Tedeth has displayed incredible superiority over Shaya, evident by his wins. Current results are between 2-4 tournaments, give or take, depending on the time period between them. Tedeth having to win, by your logic, 7 in a row over Shaya is stupid. By that stage, the first 3-4 results in that string are outdated and useless.

You are the one, who clearly doesn't understand power rankings, and it's quite obvious the reason you're not on the Perth panel.

I never wanted to be on the perth panel. Lol just because your not on the panel doesn't mean you don't understand how they work. So going by your logic you don't know what you are talking about either.

Tedeth has only won two tournaments in a row. Atleast wait and see if he wins the third one or fourth to then be placed above Shaya. 3 should be minumum and 5 should be max.

Shaya could of just been playing badly or not in the mood for brawl for those past two tournaments thats why you need to atleast have one more tournament win by Tedeath.

Ok sorry pete for bringing you into this example of mine but if Pete won two tournaments in a row there is no way in hell anyone would consider putting him 1st on the rankings list. If he did it 3 / 4 / 5 times in a row then yes theres no excuse for not putting him 1st. Although pete has improved very well in his play and i should of used someone who's actually bad at the game.

I am being serious guys i'm not trying to annoy you or troll or anything like that. I just believe it's silly to put someone above another after beating them twice in a tournament.

You might get away with doing it with other players who are between 6-10 on the rankings but the position for 1st should be taken way more serious and have the person atleast beat the same person 3 times in a tournament. Does anyone have the braket of Shaya and Tedeth since it would make much more sense.

Tedeth bested Shaya at Boost nine, 6-1, I believe. Playing in winners finals and Grand finals.

Another reason for Ted outranking Shaya, is that Ted performs better on interstate players.

Also I play MK more than Ike, I just like Ike cause he is way cooler and fights for his friends. And if you moved to Sydney and won two tournaments we would not move you to number 1 because that is not the only reason Ted will move up, if he does. It's based upon more than just tournament results and since you don't compete in the Sydney scene you are don't know what it is like so you can't comment at all.

Then you guys start talking about Earl being the best on the east coast which has nothing to do with the NSW power Rankings.

ted has won the last 2 tourneys in a row convincingly, but its more then that, ted regulary beats other players that beat shaya, and ted has beaten shaya in tourneys many many times over the last... half year or so, they've actually been going pretty even and its always been borderline as to whether or not ted will overtake shaya, and now he's finally shown himself to come out on top with some more consistency.

so its not just shaya ***** ted and then one day ted beats him in two tourneys, its more of a back and forth thing thats finally swung in teds favor.

now thats the most response you'll get from anyone about this, you dont even compete in this scene so not only is it none of your buisness, but no one gives a **** what you think, so stop now or else your gonna get spammed with infractions and **** and you'll be hated even more by everyone.
