And Sanc, I'm sure something could work out for you. More than just Zero hosts. S.D, Tim or even Summoner may be happy to host like 3+ people each. Most out of towners should be able to get a nice comfy patch of carpet to sleep on .

Carpets are top tier.
It's when you have to sleep in BATH TUBS, or on tiles, that's bad.

oh and to improve my chances more I should probably let you know that I have this rule whenever I am hosted, I always shout dinner for my host, good dinner too not just like maccas or some ****, with the exception of shaya because when I stayed with him he wanted pizza $lut which is ****.

But I've got 1 sofa bed, 3 couches, like 4 or 5 sleeping bags with mattresses, airbeds, foldout beds that cave in in the middle of the night when Shaya is sleeping on them, so sleeping is pretty comfortable. Even the floor is pretty comfortable. :]

Time:Starting at 9:00am sharp. This time, there is no ridiculous round robin to steal the time for other events. So,

Entry Fee: $15 for entry into all events - Brawl Singles and Doubles, Melee Singles, Melty Blood

OR

$5 for entry into the Brawl Amateur League and Melty Blood
Entry into the Brawl Amateur League is under my juristiction and I make the final decision whether or not to allow you to compete within. So no Shaya, you can't have the easy way in.

Schedule:

< 9:00am - Registration + Smash Challenge for early arrivals.
9:00am - Melee Singles minus the final match (saved for the afternoon)
10:30am - Brawl Doubles
12pm - Lunch + Amateur League + Smash Challenge + Melty Blood
2:30pm - Brawl Singles Pools + Double Elimination minus final match
5pm - Brawl + Melee Finals
After Finals - Friendlies + Smash Challenge + Departure

Not set in stone, might even be a Brawl+ or a low tier tournament in there, but that's the general gist of it.

Location: Same as before, will find the post and edit details in.

Transport: Trains are replaced with buses on the Long Weekend. On the following Monday services are restored.

The first set in a match is to be played on a Random stage, out of the following:

Each player receives one stage cancel in the first set.

In the second and third sets, the winner of the previous set receives one stage ban, out of the following stages:

-Format

The pools will be a bracket of 4 or 5 people, whom will compete in a round robin amongst themselves. Pools will be seeded by current HV ranks as to avoid pool ****. The top 15 will proceed into the double elimination bracket.

Why 15, you ask? The final person will be brought in from the winner of the Amateur League. The Amateur League is a way of introducing newer Smashers into the competitive scene in a moralising and enjoyable fashion. Basically, people who feel they cannot compete in the major league can opt for the Amateur League to play against people at their own skill level. Ideally this will maximise enjoyment for everyone participating.]
