It's been a good minute since PapaGenos has really said anything.

I wonder what he has to say about all of these deconfirmations that's been going within the past month or so. Considering he was somewhat backing Lloyd being Fighter 5, I'm surprised that we haven't heard from him since then. I thought we would've already gotten something from him about that.

Ok but what if

That TGA leak is true but KOS-MOS is one of the post pass/season 2 characters? It wouldn’t contradict Vergeben either, would just mean the leaker got mixed up on where KOS-MOS falls in the lineup

vergeben is wrong about everything that isn't smash and got a single thing wrong that was later confirmed to be leakbait but in general is trustworthy if not gospel it's not that hard to understand bro

Im sorry, but it specifically says KOS-MOS is fighter five, no one else. It should be immediately discarded after what Verge said.

Jokes aside, I just want to mention that one time I discussed Verg's track record, I got mocked for defending the guy, and the next day, Incineroar happened; and another time I did, Hero was revealed. That's why I believe it's better to not view his leaks in such a black and white perspective, you never know when they'll pop up just to prove you wrong.

But then again, that was /v/, and people there got some real problems believing they can just "lucky guess" everything. But of course, if it were that way, Master Chief would've been our Microsoft character.

True, but he was still wrong about the February Direct claiming Erdrick in Smash and Star Fox GP was going to be revealed in that Direct.

Basically saying Verge's Namco deconfirm is a lie and all the post pass DLC is fan service.
Geno thread now thinks Nightmare is next for reasons I don't comprehend.

Funny thing is, on a list of characters I made that I wanted and was doubtful about the chances of, I listed Ken (because echoes had less differences than him), Terry, and...Balloon Fighter.

Indeed it was. One that got even the best of leakers and the community as a whole.

While it is faulty of Verge to fall for it, it got everyone so I'd say it's a knock to leakers in general.
