why would cap america not be safe on block?

i have seen plenty of things from him that are safe. charging star spam may even be save lol

zero go to the launch party in ashboro.

I don't think any of Cap's specials are safe on block other than shield slash of course.

Regardless, Captain America honestly looks lacking overall despite his extreme manliness (which makes him worth picking alone).

If I were getting mvc3 I would play wesker/c.viper/hsien-ko but I don't have a system to play it on so I'll just stick to GG, MB, and AH3. And smash of course.

we were laughing hella hard, it's always a good time in norcal smash. when it's crunch time we get close to treating smash like a sport/seriously. but overall it's about having a good time, you can tell that from norcal commentary.
