Kinda sad there was no Ganon, but it's kind of to be expected. Nice to see only one Diddy, I hate the matchup so much.

Seriously, though, you people complain waaaaay too much about MK. Sure, you all have bad matchups or you play MK. There are plenty of characters who have only a slight disadvantage against MK. Learn one of them. This whole "MK won half the top 10 omg ban" mentality only contributes to more people picking him up and thus more MKs placing. Just learn the matchup and deal with it.[/rant]

Anyways, I hope to at least play a friendly against M2K at some point next year. Gonna get seriously *****, but I need the matchup experience and he's the best Meta Knight in North America.

As to the easiest character, that would be Game and Watch. Meta Knight is second.

Though I suppose I am of course a senior member in disguise, defending Meta Knight. The horror!

40% of the scene, or thereabout, plays Meta Knight. Therefore, a large amount of Meta Knights will win because more people play him.

You just over emphasized my post just to make me look like I play MK because he's top tier. MK's recovery is the best, yes. There are other character who have good recoveries, that doesn't mean they are broken.
I said that I like to play MK because he does not receive severe punishment for playing aggressive. If you've even watched 1 match of M2K he gets punished for some of the things he does, because he has patterns just like everyone else.

No one needs to explain MK as a balance character because that's impossible. He's broken. That's why we have rules to limit him from doing broken stuff, ie planking.

You say you come here to have a good time and talk but all I see in your post history is wa wa wa MK is gay wa wa wa MK is broken. I don't even understand why you play this game since it is apparently so horrible because MK exists in it.

He is broken. It would just be more fun to see some character diversity except MK,MK,Diddy,Mk,MK,MK,Mk,MK,MK,Sanke,MK,MK,MK,Falco,Snake,MK,MK,Wario.

As a Peach main I actually think its a fun match up. But he is without a doubt broken.

Unless M2K, Ally, etc participated in those other tournaments and lost, it doesn't mean anything regarding whether or not MK needs to be taken out of the metagame. Conversely, a wide variety of characters ranking BELOW MK in tournaments also means nothing.

Again, I don't understand how you can openly admit MK is broken, and in the same breath, claim he shouldn't be banned. What exactly warrants a ban if being broken does not? Do you understand that "MK is broken and therefore easy to play, and I think easy is fun" is not a valid argument?

The two things that really break MK character wise is his two abilities to stall. One being IDC, and the other being his planking tactics.

TOs placed a limit on his planking.
We banned his IDC.

There's nothing gamebreaking about him as a character now, other than the fact that he is, without a doubt, the best player in the game though.

That is obvious, and true, but I'm not even talking about tournament results where characters other than Meta Knight place lower than a Meta Knight.

I said that he's broken without rules. If he had no rules, he could hit them enemy a couple times, and just run away the whole match, plank, EDC around and it would be near impossible to win.

Although MK has deadly frame traps that other characters may not have, that doesn't mean he is unbeatable. Humans play MK.

No, wtf? That is not my argument at all. For me it's "MK is broken because of scrooging/planking & therefore rules should be created to stop scrooging & planking."
You are the one who implied first that MK should be banned because there are many MKs in the top 10 of MLG Columbus. That implies hostility toward popularity of a character.
