I only play as puff in ssb I love puff so fun. Really puff is one of the best charcters ever. melee's puff just needs rest toned down a bit. Maybe make it only do 5% would balnce it a fair amount.

up-throw rest would take more percent to kill them and if they live the punishment is next to nothing. it will basically cause puff to need another 20% to kill with rest for some people WTf missed grab.
