Another gentle reminder for people bringing equipment - Registration ends at 9:30am on Sunday, so please have your equipment there by then. If you arrive late, that's fine for entry but we reserve the right to turn down the equipment discount if it's no longer needed (you'll need to pay the difference in cost). Your equipment is only good if it can be used from the beginning - and the tournament begins at 10:00!

To clarify, as long as you arrive by 9:30, your discount is guaranteed regardless of the equipment we've already received.

Yeah, the waiver form needs to be signed and turned in. IIRC you can fill out the waiver stuff at the door instead of emailing them. If you're under 18, you need to have a parent/guardian sign the waiver as well at the door or emailed waiver.

The hotel has a projector, but I have not had the opportunity to see it in action yet. We can definitely find a use for it, though, especially given the pool format at the end.
