well...i'd like to put out the new template for JSR rankings and let me tell you

it looks ****ing dope

but

we don't even really have a full PR panel anymore, its just me, EE and GIMR

should we wait until after APEX to put out our next rankings? should we do top 5? top 10? i'd just ask those two but since we have such a limited amount of opinions on the panel, i'd figure we should listen to the community, however small it is

so, thoughts?
