I hate to be an ***, but if I recall correct (earlier in this thread page for like 5 pages 6-0 or so) you guys argued with Poltergust how Rainbow Cruise should never be a counter pick. And now that Seibrik says its good everyone is okay with it... kinda gay (no offense seibrik)

Its not just one person. Alot of people agree and we are the only state that has these stages which is pointless then when we go and oos we have relied too much on a particular cp that isnt legal anywhere else or get ***** when someone cps something we have no practice on since it isnt legal here in florida.

RC is a good cp and there is nothing random that happens there. Where as Pirate ship for example is very dumb. Theres A LOT of random stuff as well as it just promotes camping most peopple who cp it just camp on top platform or water camp with a character that can spike as well as random bombs and the flingy thing etc.


Also Afro still doesnt think RC should be legal but it makes sense and is DEFINITLEY better than the previous stage lists we had.

I dunno who else was telling poltergust rc is dumb but I definitley wasnt

Nothing wrong with your input at all. And you guys all bring up completely valid points. I just wanted to make sure we werent making the changes for the wrong reasons. It makes more sense to change the stage list to the Apex list, because this list is more consistent around america.

Nobody is arguing, just stating facts that other people may be afraid to say. Like i said before I dont wana offend nobody, but alot of times power rankers say something and then thats the final word just because they said it. Sometimes people are afraid to state their opinions, because they dont wanna get attacked and say they are creating drama and making soap opras. You guys asked how we felt about it and I simply just stated how I felt.

So no soap opra and no drama. Just speaking how I felt. But I have changed my mind and decided the Apex list should be put into effect for florida.

i was at apex where judge(a mk) cp'd meep (IC's) in the third match on RC, and Meep WRECKED judge, cuz he knew how to use the stage properly, and knew the matchup well.


why did he know this stuff? cuz in his region, as well as many others, hes played that matchup on that stage numorous times beforhand, and gained the EXPERIENCE to handle others there as well.

a stage where characters with otherwise disadvantaged, but still able to win based on a players experience... sounds like a couterpick, not a norfiar.

Ahhhh, touche sir that may be it. I've just heard florida ICs saying it's a horrible IC level. And as you know no florida people really have any EXPERIENCE there. I don't mind norfair since no one really CPs there (maybe some jerk). You have convinced me about rainbow cruise, just never really played there much yet.

I'm very happy that RC is a counterpick. I've always wanted to play on that stage. It's one of the few truly universal great G&W stages for all matchups. Except perhaps Snake or MK, but I don't care.

but seriously, as a small compromise, why not set up a few wii's that are hacked with frozen (modified) stages. It mostly adds more neutrals into the picture. not to mention most of those stages are banned, so why not modify them to be put into use

-luigi's mansion (Without the house),
-new pork city (Becomes the online waiting room instead),
-pokemon stadium 2 (Does not transform),
-warioware (I don't reccomend that stage, maybe as cp, no minigames popping up),
-spear pillar (With no pokemon interference)

You would have to setup all the wii's with those stages for fair game. I'm not too fond of this idea, either, for tournament play. Keep the stages like they are in Brawl, no need for modifications.
