The choices I thought was rather well done. I hadn't expected that I'd die with the 'kill the reapers' option, but whatever. Actually, before I even get to that, mega complaints about the mission leading up to it. In ME2 you had the entire team, splitting them off, giving them tasks to do and you really felt like a great big family of soldiers. ME3? Nothing. Really? The entire rest of my team, 5 or so other bad-***** of the universe are just going to sit back and watch? More specifically, leave the earth and return to the Normandy, just to sit around? What the hell team?
The Catalyst being the kid seemed a bit (okay, a lot) cheesy. But okay, whatever. I assume he's a kid because of Shepards dreams about the kid dying back at the start. Would have been nice if it had said so, rather than me just assuming that an omnipotent being isn't really a 6 year old, or a gnome.
Next part of the ending: Other than dying from blowing the thing up, why wasn't it mentioned that the ME relays would also be destroyed if Shepard took control of the reapers? Just seems random.
Another gripe: Okay, my team wussed out and ran back to the ship with out me around. Fine. Why are they randomly in a ME Jump? Were they actually running away from Earth when it went off? And okay, they're on random planet X. And? Did anyone else other than Tali and Ashley survive? (Making an assumption that it just shows 2 love interests) Actually, was the rest of the team even there? Did Joker just decide to start a harem with what time he had left? Speaking of random people, what was with flashing back to Anderson, Joke, and then Liara? How come just those three?
And those two at the end. Are they on random planet X? Why does the old guy sound like the illusive man? Just a shared VA? (Side note: god damn, he sounded creepy. "One day, my sweet")
