Lulz, that game is amazing.

I actually think that if that game came out now, it wouldn't be as epic. It was before it's time when it came out and we can excuse anything bad about it by falling back on the fact it's an older game. It'd get lost in the swarm of games mass dist. nowadays because gamers who are playing have less attention for a slower, methodical game like Eternal Darkness.

Yes and no. I think on today's consoles, a lot of the gameplay issues could have easily been resolved, and my graphical complaints (I'm looking at you fire effects!) would be non-existent. I mean, you do have a point about how we prefer faster paced games nowadays, but at the same time, I think this game would still work if done well.

I mean, the same arguement could have been made when this game came out too.

@Viper: lol MLG. Seriously, if EVO would have pulled this controller stuff people would have rioted. Especially after 08 Brawl with items and CPU winning on Skyworld.

Ah wow, yeah... I feel bad for YbM. That's a real letdown, knowing the controller you're used to use is banned and you being forced to use a foreign one.

His loss isn't his fault.

To be fair, he had been practicing with the GC controller lately, but yeah, it sucks. However, saying he lost due to his controller is taking away credit from Red Halberd, who is a really good player. I don't know how it would have turned out otherwise, though if I remember correctly, Red Halberd has Kirby experience from playing Mog X.


On a side note... at relationship problems...

In other news, it's party time in PR! So I went and stayed over a friend's house, then this morning went to a small Brawl tourney held at GameStop. The rules were all whacked it was literally a casual tourney... But I wanted to win, so I went in and won. It was amazingly easy and everyone was riding my meat cuz I was doing all these mindgames with Kirby and ZSS... I got a gift card, NSMBW, and Halo 3 ODST as prizes... Traded in Halo, bought Fallout 3 (for a friend) and KH2 (for my little 11yr old brother), then gave the rest of my gift card to my friend for letting me spend the night over. :D

I then played some friendlies with the area's "best players" and 2/3 stocked everyone consistently, never lost a match or was reduced to one stock.

Then I went to get my laptop back but the place CLOSED 45 MINUTES EARLIER @$(&*@($*&$@

Fallout 3 was for a friend (remember the pic of the girl I like? Well it was the other girl in the pic), so we went back to my house an hour away, and I gave it to her and she was ecstatic! I planned to go to the movies with my friend and 2 others, but then she told me her and the girl I like were trying to reach me to go to the movies but couldn't (I was at my friends' house), and I already promised my friend I would go with him... So I was forced to pass.

And I just got back from watching Kick-***. Definitely a must-see movie, guys. :D
