Hey so Im using Jiggs tomorrow in a low tier tournament.

Tips on Jiggs vs Low tiers?

I have a lot of Jiggs in melee practice and I know that rest = Bad unless at high percentage(though I use it at early percents anyways).

Any notes?

Bair a lot, try not to get hit, trades are usually bad, camp a lot, etc.

Use bair a lot, keep Usmash, Fsmash, fair, and DA fresh for kills.
Rollout breaks shield if it hits it three times, then free rest.

Our rest sucks, practice the hitbox spacing in training.

And apparently, don't let bowser grab you.

I like how you mentioned "our" rest sucks. Im actually pretty good at hitting... like 75% of the time.

I try not to rollout a lot... but if you say so.

Wall of Pain is ****..except mine always ends in a fair...

I generally dont use USmash because my spacing with it sucks...

I get a feeling a ill be playing a lot of Zelda's and Mario's.

I actually use dacus once a match, I find it sometimes useful after a retreating bair and they start jumping at me cause I poke their shield...

+ a dacus is nice for picking up a banana/item while charging/doing a smash.

Rollout is only good for high recovering and getting on the ledge with ledge rollout. NOT for killing, cept when ur opponent is bad or has a bad reaction or doesn't know how to shieldgrab/punish it properly. It's a good way to test your opponents intelligence though.

Keep fair fresh after 50% damage on your opponent.

Don't forget to grab. Puff's grabs are great.

Punish spotdodge happy players with dair in grab or pound (in uair). Most zeldas have a spotdodge habit like run towards you spotdodge then dsmash as an example.

Nair oos and move backwards to get in a safer position when to much pressure is put on you.

Camp camp camp campo camp and mostly try for a time-out.

That's all.

Rollout and dacus are highly situational.

Marty vs puff is hard

Utilt is good

Don't be on the ground.

Font air dodge to the ground.

I'd order her moves as: Bair > Fair > Grab > Dair > Uair/Nair based on the way I play.

Utilt will be up there once I get more used to its range, I've only recently started using it but I'm getting good results.

I find dash attack and fair her best kill move. Utilt lacks range imo.

Imo her best moves (in no order) are: grabs, pound, bair, fair, dair.

Try experimenting with it after Dair

I'd order my moves in order of importance: Bair, Fair, Rest, Utilt

Feeling a bit deja vu in here

I've been using Puff's nair a lot recently. It's great OoS, beats spotdodges and airdodges due to its duration, and has great priority for gimping and stuff. Puff's airspeed and slow fallspeed also help in moving around while using it.
