Well guys, I think I'm going to stop coming here for a while. I'm kind of giving up on trying to get better at this point. Reason being is that I get to play maybe once a week for two or three hours, which isn't enough time to improve. I'm unable to practice anything since my friend just wants to duel. I'm not going to ask him if I can borrow his Wii and game or anything.

So yeah, I know I just started posting here but until I get a Wii of my own and the game, I'm just going to lay low. I'm not getting any better. And since I'm not about to spend what little college money I have on a game and game console, it might be a while.

it's nothing personal, i just think it'd dumb when people make a sad sounding post about how they cant play and aren't coming to the boards anymore, like they are saying goodbye to everyone.

if you put that much effort into a "final post", its obvious you love the boards enough that you'll still come on here.

it's like when people say they "quit" smash, but still go on the boards and post all the time. you didnt quit, you're just not playing the game, but you are still just as much part of the community as you once were!

the fact that he came back here within 24 hours and posted again, proves my point.

Hence why I didn't take it personally, but it appeared that a few people did care, even if it was the most minimal aspect of "caring". XD

Either way, I think I need to play against more people than my friend who is one of the best players in the Gamer Society at my college. Maybe it'd boost my morale since I'm still a newbie with Brawl. XD

The person who won the tournament I was talking about long ago was also a King Dedede player who could spam grab like crazy. He had kind of an egotistical attitude, though, and acted like he was on a high horse. He's good on a lot of characters though.

i base it off me being a smash tournament player and veteran for 6 years, and you being a forum troll who often gets in arguments with the entire jiggs boards for being obnoxious, placing next-to-last in the same tournament that im going to get 1st (man, wifi sure does skew the results!), and you overreact to my jokes so i gotta bust out g-reg paragraph mode to make you stfu.

Don't compare two top regions, it will get you nowhere (considering our states have different competition with both players and styles).

It's grammatically incorrect. If you were to say "Metatitan is a failure", or "Metatitan fails" with some sort of adverb at the end (i.e. "miserably", or simply "fails" in the online sense), then you'd be fine.
