I still hate DF for stealing my texture. What a b****. Get cancer.

There is a texture hack for Veril-Puff, it looks exactly like my avatar. I'll share it with anyone but DF.

Rollout works wonders against people that like to charge their smashes.

Oh, I'm awesome with Rollout, so no need to worry about that.

Either way, I did fairly better against my friend than usual. I was able to combo into rests more and even use the sing by the ledge technique. Some of the harder things to pull off I couldn't even put into practice. My guess is that I would need to practice them by myself until I get good and THEN work on putting it into practice against actual fights.

Alas, I need a Wii and the game itself before I can do any of that so it looks like I'm going to be stuck at the same level since I only seem to be able to fight against anyone perhaps once a week. :/ Ergo, no practice for me.

It sucks loving this game but not having it myself.

Edit: Good luck in the tournament, General Woodman.

Don't ever light step with sing. Not worth it.

Light stepping with pound though is ridiculously good. If you're really devoted enough to Jigglypuff, then learn how to light step with pound. When you lightstep the pound ALL lag is gone and you're back with all your jumps.

Let me rephrase that:

Both MK and MGaW are near-impossible, if not impossible MU's.

And to think the general consensus in the Match Up thread was that MK : Jiggs was 55:45 at worse...

Oh, you silly Jigglypuffs.

The chicken. It comes before the egg salad in the sentence.

Or if you want to put it all philosophical then the egg since it represents the beginning

Or the chicken since it represents the beginning of the beginning.

Or you could go play Mario Kart instead of asking questions.

Does anyone have any advice about how to practice new techniques?

My idea is that it would probably be best if I tried the new techniques in training mode so I got a good handle on them before I put them into practice. Would that be best or is there something better I could do?

From my experience, you have the right idea on learning how to do them. It is best to practice them in matches though.

Ah, that's what I thought. Thank you for reconfirming my first thoughts, though. And I do agree, it would be best to practice them in matches. First I just have to know how to do them. XD

I usually do my practice during online matches. It really helps when you add pressure from an unfriendly enemy when you need to do something right.
