I think he meant mods for real games. Like, for example, when I played STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl and STALKER Clear Sky, I used the Complete mod to enhance graphics, smooth out game stuff, and generally add variety. And it was easy to do. I just clicked.

1st question: Some of it may be cuz of who you run into and there is the fact that it's super easy to just keep a close cut and it always looks good when it's just been cut. It's always common, but not quite as much in the past. 60s-70s were pretty much afros and crazy mustaches/beards, 80s were the same + jerry curls and minus afros, 90s had flat tops, late 90s to early 00s were crazy "part" designs and corn rows...mid-late 00s were faux hawks...sometime after that was dying a normal haircut blonde, nowadays, I don't know. Just conservative I guess. Seems less about hair these days and more about dressing like a nerd.

2nd question: This is obviously false because I exist.
