Usually I try to make them Saturday.

This time the venue was already taken Saturday , and this is the only weekend I can host a tournament over Christmas break because:

-Weekend after this is Christmas weekend
-Weekend after that is New Years weekend
-Weekend after that is APEX

Then I'm back at Penn State.

Are you saying that we dont get many teams to enter melee doubles? You dont make sense. All I was saying is that it used to be 10 per team. 5 each. Made it a lot more affordable. And that brawl never is that much bigger then melee so when you said that 1st place for melee would be $25, we could say the same about brawl.

I announced this tournament before mk was voted to be banned, and this was going to be an experimental thing. In addition, APEX is 3 weeks after this(which has mk legal). This will be the last hope that has metaknight legal at all though. From here on out singles and doubles will be mk banned.
