You should've heard that match...it was ridiculous

Tope and Cyrain won doubles

I had to leave at 9pm and Singles hadn't even started yet -_-
Yay for bureaucracy right?

Good stuff though.

Azen, Chu, Chillin, Wife, Scar, and M2K were there. It was fun stuff.

Just got home- left before singles was over and I'm not sure who was still in. NC was out though.

Teams was good ****. Stacked it up with PacStrife got 9th I think, we could have stacked some more though. Played some blackjack, played some poker, played with some girls heart at cookout (WOULD).

Good **** lozr and pp for repping NC in teams, placing above and beating other great duos. Def. stacked it up.

Nah dude show up whenever...just play Friendlies until Singles starts.

It'll probably start somewhere around 8 [at the earliest]
Melee singles didn't start till 9. It was supposed to be OVER at 8.
So just show up whenever and just play some friendlies and practice

Tope was on fire yesterday. PP got shook up during their match and squandered hard on his CP. I didn't see most of the match with Adam. Scar was super on yesterday too, so good to see a beast Falcon take second.

NC vs M2K & Savedge was amazing. Everybody was SO pumped.

And yeah, watching M2K play finals versus anybody is kinda sad. M2K lazily picks Marth or Sheik and the other person plays really hard, and M2K still wins. Hardly anybody even watched finals yesterday. I kinda see it like M2K is just the final boss you play after you've won the tournament.

I'm impressed with Scar's placings... I wouldn't have considered him better than Tope or Chu.

Can't really expect him to have a chance against M2K though.

I was hoping PP could get at least 5th, but ah well, I'm sure he still did alright.

Azen wasn't put into the bracket for some reason and he had to get a refund. I'm pretty sure he's getting into Brawl free.

I'm not gonna be making it to Brawl HERB like I hoped but being at Melee HERB yesterday was more than enough to make my weekend epic. I had a lot of fun yesterday against everyone I played yesterday, especially in the Pichu dittos. Good stuff, everyone!

**** thats so gay. Thats not just a matter of him getting a refund or not, it's a matter of him NOT getting the almost garaunteed money he would make from placing high. I would be furious. Azen is too good.

time for another post.

Thanks to the people who put this together. It was my first tournament experience and I hope the tournaments I'm planning can be as fun as this one.

Thanks to all the people who played with me and the few who gave me some pointers.

i just got off the phone with my bro who was at the tourney today. apparently nc is reppin hard. rag of southern pines knocked out chillin. chu and chillen tooks teams, however, over m2k and dksmash

I got gayed twice in Teams.

Currently, Kismet and I lost our Winner's Semifinals matches, and we're hanging out in Loser's with a guaranteed fifth place.

Kismet beat Azen. <3
