I should be good before I post how to be good, I think.
Maybe, but I doubt it. Most low tiers only have 3-4 usable moves, one main way of getting KOs, and nothing else. There's very little to them, which is usually why they're bad.
Fox - DD. Faceroll controller when they're close to you. DD. Faceroll controller when they're close to you.
Falco - Laser. Faceroll controller when they're close to you. Laser. Faceroll controller when they're close to you.
Marth - DD grab. Jump back with moves. DD grab. D-tilt. Jump back with moves.
Jiggs - Bair. Duck. Shield. In some combination.
Peach - Faceroll controller. D-smash. Faceroll controller. D-smash.
I'd like to say "It's a trap!", but Chris lost to Andy so I can't.

Yea. I'm almost entirely smash 64 now. MAN I LOVE THIS ****. I would travel for it. Like I still am good at melee and would play that too but **** I respect 64 players hard core.

lol 64. I love that game, but I'd never play it seriously. I'm alright at it and will do well when I want to win, but I can only do that for so long. I also used to play that online, but I'm much better on console.
