Course I've only been picking nasus, udyr (lol) or pant against it.

Positioning is worthless against him in teamfights...
You are standing well behind your initiators... Brand ults them it bounces to you with it's stupid scaling and passive. Real.
We are adressing two different things. His lane dominance can easily be countered by boots. But late game positioning is pointless against a good brand. You must be playing against real BK's to think he is balanced. He is free this week so that might be it.

And jax is just stupid. I agree with dan. He is as balanced as pre nerf kogmaw.

I do think riot did ok with panth because of the ult and heartss changes. He has super good lane control still and has more individual playstyle aspects.

Guys, how do I last hit easier with ranged carry if I start boots? It's hard.

Run 21/0/9 and take everything in offense that increases your damage (including the + damage to minions). It's not as easy, but it helps.

every ranged carry bar ez, mf and maybe vayne should probably be running flat AD anyway >,<

(I run flat AD reds, quints, mrest blues, mana regen yellows on trist, ashe, corki while running repacing reds/quints with arpen for most others)

+15 bonus AD @ 1, +3 from masteries, +4 from minion mastery and +4% on top of that
can start with anything really and you'll have strong last hitting.

So I made a pun today you guys might appreciate. Was in a normal game.

Game's not going well, other team has about twice our kills. We catch their Ryze + Taric a little overextended into our jungle and start a team fight. We're able to take down Ryze, but by that time the rest of their team had shown up. Four of us die, making it a 1 for 4, not so good.
Their Ryze says in allchat:
"WAS IT WORTH IT?"
To which I respond:
"well at least we got a"
"ryze outa you"

I love puns.

I flashed into a 1v4 fight behind baron with udyr today.

I laughed as I was like 'udyrd' as I pushed towards the nexus.

No other character I've played within recent memory has been able to consistently turn games around that we were losing like Udyr (reminds me of Jarvan).
HOLY **** ONE SECOND STUNS FOR EVERYBODY.

Like it isn't troll-mode like singed where he gets focussed 1v5 for about a minute and comes out with half health (which he needs to be fed to do), its just all of a sudden udyr is in your face and you have to do -something- about him - running away can be extremely complicated.

We each immediately stopped what we were doing and started typing. We both knew what the other was doing. It was a race to the pun. I won. By maybe half a second.

you still have to go to a certain area and go through an animation to kill creeps. which means u are going to miss creeps or get hit with one of his spells. and if he gets even one kill, youre probably going to get zoned out cause he can just conflagrate and walk towards you.

and having good autoattack damage and a good animation makes it even worse to lane against him..

i would just use rp for rune pages and 6300 champs that go on sale but thats just me

I dunno why, but one of the funniest things imo that I read was this.

I was playing in a 5v5 and one of the people on the opposing team was using a champion with stealth. We had a player who used Cho'Gath as well.
So the opposing player went invisible and this is what happened:
Enemy: YOU CANT SEE ME!!
Cho: But Chogaths can smell you
Cho: sniff, sniff, mmmmm

This. Boots only help if you don't farm. Brand should beat AD carries in lane if he knows what he is doing. Tossing a pillar on someone in auto attack animation is pretty much a free hit for him.

Not really. If you believe that you are going to play this game alot at level 30, I would say buy the 7 rune page pack because it will help immensely. Otherwise, buy skins + champions that go on sale that interest you.

Also, grinded from 1500 to 1550 last night, feel gooooood man
