He is most certainly not OP. He is very weak early game, is very susceptible to hard CC and exhaust, and typically has to go all in on teamfights. If your team doesn't have adequate CC or initiation, then he is mediocre at best.
You do get dumb games sometimes, especially in normal where no one thinks to get exhaust and the other team team has xin/trynd/yi lol. But in ranked should be pretty obv how bad your team will be if no one will get exhaust.

Back up to 1200 again. Went something like 7-3 yesterday, one of the games we lost to a tele/revive Yi and tele/revive Panth. What would be a proper way to counter that? It felt pretty dumb to lose to but I had no real idea of how to stop it. Every fight we barely win, they revive and clean up take a turret. Maybe rush GA's?

The new changes look OP. The rage meter builds too fast.
he looks totally fine to me. they are just shifting some things around so it's easier for him to do what he does.

He's so freaking easy to lock down early game that he really really needs this.

Agreed. With the way I jungle him, if they keep the ratio high, my route will be stupid fast and I won't have to get nearly as low. Have no idea what the right ratio is, but they do need to tweak it with this change.

considering that it's the only skill that CONSUMES his rage I'm assuming its ratio has got to be reasonable.

Every OP Meta that develops is gheyer than the last

currently in my elo, all people do top lane is go Yorick, Udyr, Lanewick top lane and no skill their way to victory

95% of the cast simply cannot win their lane and since I can't **** my lane so hard that I win anymore my ranked solo Q games are now a coinflip

My bad, I ment to say he is OP in solo que because ppl don't understand how to vs him. Vs higher elo of course he is shut down.

His other abilities will no longer use health too, so that's a bit more HP for him throughout the jungle as well.

Just had my first laning Udyr game, and holy balls is he a monster.
Started Vamp Scept and Turtle, went mid against Ashe. Spent the first minutes of the game turtle spamming as Ashe tried to harass me, just got CS while keeping myself at pretty much full health through Ashe's constant harass. Went back when I could get Madreds and boots, and from there I was impossible to force out of lane. Madreds procs in Turtle heal you so much, and give you infinite mana so it was just endless stance dancing.
The rest of my build order was Wriggles, Mercs, Aegis, Sheen, Phage, finish Triforce, and I finished with a Black Cleaver for the hell of it.
Ran 0/21/9, not sure how ideal that is but I liked having the ghost mastery, extra xp, and greed.
My runes were arpen, flat armor, and mr/level.
Did W>Q>E>R but I would probably do Q>W>E>R if I wasn't up against an Ashe or somebody who could harass so hard.
The thing I loved about it was that unlike jungle udyr I had so much farm by having a solo lane.
I was so tanky and could just melt people with Tiger/Triforce procs.
Ashe in team fights was so annoying, but I had a cow so once she was knocked up bearing in to stun was easy.

Gaaah so fun.
And I'm so glad I got to play with Primal Udyr again :)

maybe support could go top as well. 2v1 top 2v1 bot

u would need strong 2v1 champion. it probably wont work buts its an idea

lane udyr is so ***ing stupid. u dont do anything and just stay in lane forever, unharassable, and literally kill every creep with nothing happening to you

I honestly don't know what build is best for LeBlanc yet. Is RoA any good on her? I'm also hearing mixed messages about Mejai's. Some are saying it should be core, and some are saying it should be totally avoided.

Mind helping someone new to LeBlanc a little? :x
get one or two dorans rings. then get a mejais if you have two or three kills. if not, then rush deathcap and then void staff.

there is no point in building **** like catalyst or tear on leblanc because you don't have time for that **** to kick in. you need to kick *** and you need to do it now.

abel you don't really seem to read any of the posts in this thread; you mostly seem to talk about something that happened to you in a game and only read responses directed straight at you.

On a totally related note, does anyone else feel Warmogs needs a nerf? Feels just like way too much HP even if its expensive, and its not that hard to stack now that it gains HP from kills/assists (iirc). Given how incredibly suck the anti-hp items are in this game, Warmogs is just too effective without a good enough counter. They either need to make better anti-hp-stacking items or they need to make Warmogs lose stacks on death (or something like that).

A stack system like Cho's might help
