i'm not sure whether his extreme continuing popularity is due to very good design or very poor design. probably a little of both.

So Mystery gift trolled me.

I did many with friends, mostly because I wanted Spectacular Sivir, I ended up with many cool skins but that is my most wanted skin by far. I started playing Sivir a month or two before her rework and fell in love with her kit and playstyle and even back then I would have been happy with spaghetti arms sivir with this skin. Anyway I ended up gifting one of my friends this very skin! I was so sad, he hates the champion and doesn't even use her. And then the other night I gifted another friend the same skin...we were on skype and he was like "Dude...you're not gonna believe this...". That was my third for the day and he sent me my final Mystery Gift and it was Spectacular Sivir! Back to back, it was pretty hilarious haha
