But if u look at the prereg thing there are UK, sweden, spain, russia, puerto rico, netherlands, mexico, germany, france, colombia, china, australia, then of course canada and then the us.

Im pretty sure u are safe when u pay. Also read the update, it says about ooc getting priority and oos who booked flights already having 2nd.
