Hmm, I guess this is the right thread for it.

I think Brawl's rulesets in tournaments (hosted by people that are members of Smashboards) should be uniform throughout Australia.

America is big. We have you guys keeping everything in order in these sub-forums. Would a single thread discussing rules and stages be too difficult? And perhaps, even a panel consisting of the top smashers representing each state that eventually come together to form 'the list' which is used everywhere where there is a tournament organised by someone from Smashboard's who knows about it?

It'd be much easier out here though. All but one state would find it very easy to form a standard stage list.

Hint: It's SA.

With the exception of Nova, SA is the most secluded Smash state in terms of interaction. Even Perth involves itself more with the east, because we've all been on a much closer level than America we've had the chance to form for the most part similar opinions.

SA has formed their own because of their little isolation, they've experimented more but still ignore the fact that a few of their top players disagree with their stage lists. It'd be very easy with the right people hosting tournaments.

Also the idea of "straight american stagelists" is a fallacy. America is just as diverse, if not more so, than Australia, so i'm assuming you have a particular stagelist in mind from a particular region?
