Let's wait for SSB4, where Ganon's (Falcon's modified moveset) current moveset gets handed over to Black Shadow,
and Ganon gets his own, new moveset murderset.

I'd main both Ganon and Black Shadow in that game, in that case.

Of course Black Shadow'd get a slightly modified moveset in form of:
Frame 4 Jab (considering 4 frames is decent in ssb4), Better Grab Range,
less landing lag on aerials - Especially Fair, Tipman hits small opponents, SH AC Nair...
Oh, and better hitstun on Up+b Grab.

Don't forget Blood Falcon will have one of the better aerial dash attacks in SSB4.

Know who actually should be close to Ganon's tier ranking? Bowser. People just don't know how awful and exploitable this character is.

You'll need to do some convincing before I believe that about Falcon.

As for Jigglypuff, never take anything I say about Jigglypuff seriously. Jigglypuff is not worth using reasoning and informed statements.

Falcon has a favorable matchup against Wario (due to grab release shenanigans and U-air and Jab shutting down most of Wario's options when used correctly). He also has an infinite on ROB and Samus that can be started with N-air, and he's good against Donkey Kong. Besides that he has a reasonable ability to camp on a lead due to his mobility and B-air.

That's a lot more than what Ganon is capable of.

Does pummeling initiate a ground-release on characters who normally gets an air-release?

The worst car related incidents that have struck me are electrical fires, engine malfunctions and getting hit by a truck.
