Ok guys sorry for the long time coming, I was playing Super Sloshed Brothers after the tournament, if you get my drift.

I'm adding the results to the first post and to the San Antonio Thread.

NOTE: Sorry, I accidently lost the Brawl results. Thought I had them, but apparently I didn't save them or something. I have a rough idea of the top half of the results, so if we will use that to influence seeding, I would like it if the Brawl players can help me by remembering what place they got.

We had 25 entrants for Soul Calibur, 45 entrants for Brawl Singles, and 22 for Melee Singles.

By the way, I just wanted to throw in my opinion on the tournament itself. I had a lot of fun, but that was mostly because of the people there (including Kyle). This was probably the worst run tournament I've ever been to. TVs were constantly open, there were very few setups, and it was extremely disorganized because there were 3 events going on in a short period of time. It took 7 hours to finish one singles DE tournament with under 50 people, and that's pretty horrible. Because of this we couldn't do doubles and the people who were in far like me, Hylian, dojo, etc had to wait around FOREVER. I don't think I'll be coming to the next Gamelot tournaments unless I hear that the Oct 11th was run much better.

No idea. We had to wait so long between matches that I forgot.

Also, as far as Ankoku's character rankings list goes, it takes into effect the characters you play and then gives them points. If you use a character less than half of the time, it shouldn't be included.

Ah. Well, next weekend I'm leaving to dallas for a Cowboys game.
The weekend after is HOBO 11.
And the weekend, I could talk to Santi and see if we could get a good sized smashfest going.
Brawl/Pizza/Junkfood/Laughs/Madness in San Angelo.

Really I'm not sure. We're all still in high school with jobs and parental bull**** so it'd be hard to get one of our houses or whatever for a weekend. I'll talk it over with the other 2 and we'll see how it goes. Would be fun.

Then hit up the tourney Saturday. Then have a repeat of Friday night again Saturday night.

Dunno if this is how it's actually gonna turn out.

Everyone is. Houston is still in the recovery stages and a lot of hotels are either booked solid due to Galveston residents being forced to move off the island or simply don't have power restored yet. I was supposed to be going to Houston next weekend, but my family and I have yet to get a hotel and the places we did find are along I-10 west of Houston are charging $200. It's sad how some people try and take advantage of other people when they need help the most.

Things might change in a few days. I did get a call back from a friend of mine who lives in Spring (north of Houston) and he said he's supposed to get power back to his house on Wednesday. Lucky for him, his job requires quite a bit of travel so he hasn't had to live like an Amish person for the past week.

Still, we're keeping a look out for hotel availability and if I find something, I'll post some details.
