thank you very much sir, Its more for Falco, I practice with Fox so I can get use to both.Slide your thumb from B to Y. It's that simple. Just practice shine, jump, shine, jump, shine, jump. Then move onto shine, short hop, shine, short hop. Then shine, wavedash, shine, wavedash. Then shine, jump, aerial, shine, jump aerial.
Practice, practice, practice is really all you need.
her utilt doesnt hit if u sweet spot with side b or up bso about that samus....
I dislike her uptilt.
It hits me when I sweetspot the ledge.
I also have trouble fighting against campy samus (which is like all of them)
I know that they are going to wavedash back into something.... so I try to just run around them and shoot lasers... but then I end up off stage because I'm bad and they hit me, and then I can't get back .-.
also uthrow->uair dun't work.
Not 100% sure but I don't think that this should be possible if you're sweetspotting.so about that samus....
I dislike her uptilt.
It hits me when I sweetspot the ledge.
I tech->sideb more than anyone else in chicago. Normally I get away with it 100% because people aren't used to seeing it or preparing for it and because it can be quite difficult to punish. Occasionally someone will pick up on it and perform a quick dsmash or similar move to punish me.With what? Like dsmash or immediate LA ftilt? Fox just grabs it soooo fast, and if they do some immediate attack to hit the tech side-B, you could just techjump and then side-B the second time you're even with the ledge on your way down. They can't cover both options as far as I know.
Yeah ... that was actually what I was thinking of hahahappens vs falco's dair a bunch to me![]()
We were talking about tech side-B. Samus can't hit you if you tech side-B perfectly because you just grab the ledge too soon. Peach's dsmash CAN hit you out of tech side-B. That's because you tech the first hit of dsmash, then by the time your invinc runs out, the dsmash is still spinning and the last rotation hits you as well, before you can grab the ledge.I literally couldn't follow what you guys were talking about. I'm really out of it. Wow.
I sometimes see space animals get hit by Peach down smash out of tech > side B. Is this because they were slow or didn't do the wall jump? Does the wall jump give more usable invincibility? I'm sure I have a file with this information somewhere on my computer (or a bookmark on my laptop maybe) but someone just tell me please.
actually the reason why I didn't do the search is because I wanted to know a lot more questions because Fox is some what a overused and hard character to outpredicte imo coming from a Falcon main. Jeff aka Silentspectre has shown a lot of counters to Fox.Oh yeah Samus's edgeguarding vs a Fox that can ride the wall is really flimsy. Tech side B forever (unless they're ballsy and go for random hogs to discourage perfect squeezes). I think she needs to do weird stuff with bombs to try and make her stuff untechable if she wants to do the edgeguard without guesswork (without guesswork would basically be without using the random hog - although you can follow up on random hog with other stuff but it's tricky to do so and the timing is strict, etc) but using bombs as a real edgeguard opens up for different kinds of nonsense by Fox (mostly revolving around timing & the weird exchange rate of bomb vs Firefox).
