Alright, we can get to work now.
Taking the stuff that Denzi's opening post on this thread said this is what we have to include.
Intro
Summary of Brawl Falco
List of Smash Terminology
Pros/Cons
Links to helpful threads
List of all Attacks/Throws + Frame Data
Falco's AT's
Lasers
CG
Phantasm(might deserve its own section...)
General Strategies
Stage Control
Reading/Predicting Opponents
Video Guides
Here is the order I think these things should be listed in when the guide is made along with all the other suggestions people have made thus far.
=============================
Intro
This would probably be a title and large picture of Falco. The flashier the better.
Summary of Brawl Falco/ Pros - cons
This would pretty much introduce Falco as a character and why people might want to main falco or use him as a strategic secondary.
List of Smash Terminology
Since we should assume the player reading this guide is a complete newbie to brawl. Therefore the terms list would set the pace for all the acronyms (SHFL, DI, etc.) they might run into while reading the guide. Some things like DI we could just give a brief description on and post a link to a thread that gives more detailed information on it seeing as DI is universal term.
List of all Attacks/Throws + Frame Data
After the terms I believe it would fit nicely to go directly into the moves of falco. They would include descriptions, uses, general advice using the move, frame data, range (if we can include it in the image), percentage, etc.
Falco's AT's
This would mention all the AT falco has. It could probably be added to the terms section anyway.
Lasers/CG/{Phantasm(might deserve its own section...) ???}
After a person has a feel for falco it would be in the interest to show them the key parts to Falco's gameplay and all the tricks of the trade that accompany Falco's largest assests for his playing style.
General Strategies/Stage Control
This segment would tell the person how to pull all the things they now know about falco into retrospect.
Reading/Predicting Opponents
The next step up from knowing the basics and already applying them. How to know what to do and when to do.
Video Guides/Links to helpful threads
This would go at the end to wrap up the thread with. All this really does is point people to areas for a little bit more help specified help.
Contributions
Obviously we would want to give credit to EVERYONE that helped to make the thread. Even those that don't have access to the writing or editing of the guide. Everyone's input is important.
Other things people mentioned we should add to the guide is match-up results and general stage CPs and bans. I have no idea wether we should add that stuff or not, or just give links to the location where they can find the stuff.
If you look back a ways into this current thread, you'll see that Blad had already started work on another thread. I think that we could use same layout idea that he was using. We just have to add onto stuff already there, which isn't much yet.
