its per region

each region has different "prizes"

for some its a $100 stipend to apex for travel costs

others its just free entry.

it varies cause many of the TOs disagreed on what would be best for their "region"

Normally I'd already be in the states at exactly the time APEX is. Unfortunately, not this year. I can't afford plane tickets just to travel to a tournament where I know I'm going to lose already.
