Ok Yes! Will do. Now my PT is about as good as my Yoshi was when I first started using him =( So if you want a better challenge you might want to wait a month or two.. But I will do it =)

It seems as though melee is making a strong comeback, its making me really happy.
I realize there are those who are hardcore melee and hardcore brawl, but seriously, if any brawl players are interested in learning melee to see what all the fuss is about, it would be amazing. I would love to see new faces on the melee scene. I'm not trying to draw anyone away from Brawl, but it would def be neat to have some of the brawl players playing melee as well.

I understand what you mean. I wasnt great at melee because I never brought it to a competitive location so I had no clue what wavedashing was till shortly before brawl was out. If someone could teach me how to do that( or even what buttons to press lol) and much more stuff in melee so I could practice on my own, I would be more than willing to play in melee tournaments. I could look everything up, I just don't care too but if melee is at a brawl toruny that I'm at then I would like for someone to show me a bunch of stuff and maybe the game could work out for me. Maybe not though....guess i'll wait and see.

Are the points you get between singles and doubles placings combined into one running total for that player, or do you accumulate them separately as singles points and teams points? If they're separate, what are the doubles points even used for if there's only one tournament at the end for the top 16 to play for the Wii?

i was goin for 2 ds lites. but i may drop those points. AAAAAAnnnnnnd, i'll fix the point system give me a run down again on how the points would be i mean i would do it myself but u seem so adamant about it so yea. also it's seperate and i'll jus stick wit singles for the wii at the end of the circuit

Singles will be after doubles LOL. Whenever that is.

It's going to be in room 142 and possibly room 143 as well if we need the space. Two rooms LOL. Blue just needs to update the first post here and in Tournament Listings.

If you can make it for doubles then I suggest you come. I may/may not be teaming with Blue. It all depends on if he's teaming with bum for sure. If he is they we can team if you still want to...just let me know if your going. I'll try to find out what Blue is doing for sure later on today. If neither of you are availible then I need someone else. I kinda want to start getting into doubles.

I'm random, and you haven't teamed with me before, so that makes me a perfect candidate. ;)

Seriously though, I am planning on showing up on Saturday and the trip makes a lot more sense if I play in doubles as well as singles, so if anyone needs a teammate I’m available.

Out the sheer boredom I'll be experiencing at this event I'd like to challenge YOU ALL to Soul Calibur 4 since everyone seems to think they can play it these days.

Here's the deal: One dollar to play me, if you win one match I pay your entry fee for singles in Brawl. If you put down 2 dollars and win I will pay your entry fee for singles and teams. I am not easy miss, you can recognize me by my hair, or just ask any of the tournament organizers, or well known Jersey players: Inui, Atomsk, teh spammerer, Lord knight, Eazy, Keitaro, M2K etc. So come one come all, what do you have to lose, maybe if you think you're good you'll learn something that'll actually make you good. Hope to see your there.
