Couldn't you just have bought the plane ticket and get a full refund later if you found out you couldn't go or you cannot get a full refund after buying your plane ticket?

The main thing stopping me from going to this is ticket prices. In order not to miss school or school-related events, I need to buy a ticket that leaves Saturday morning and comes back anytime Monday.

They're $400.

I am paying what I can for it, since I need to start saving my other money (it goes quickly with phone bill, gas for car, school, saving for college, etc), so I am putting in $200.


I am asking, if possible, if you guys could help me out with some kind of fund too. I would even be crazy enough to say that, if I do place first at this event, I will willingly pay back whoever (or at least some) of the people who helped me get to this tournament. I organized DaShizWiz's fund for APEX last time; since this is near Christmas the tickets are simply too expensive.

I really want to team with Zhu as well, as I promised him I would.





If this is possible, I would be ingratiated in appreciation for Pacific West, and offer anyone from there free housing and rides to/from the airport if another FL event happens.

I will pay for my own housing and transportation to/from the tournament...
