I mean the tournament that inspired the point casts characters like Meta-Knight as a villain, so I think the criteria for qualification as either aren't too particular.

I think PAC-Man's there because the Bonus Fruit are items in Super Smash Bros. He and characters like Diddy Kong have the most literal interpretation of the event in this case.

This is 1970s erasure.


There are actually three series in Smash from the 1970s, Color TV Game, Sheriff, and Galaga. (Although two of them are ATs and the third pilots space vehicles). Still, I'm sure there are other options.

OK so literally everything counts as an item in this tourney so since the character can't also not use weapons literally everyone is out this idea was stupid and should never have been proposed but at least we had some enjoyable conversation surrounding it.

Alright, I got pretty bored so I decided to make a hypothetical track list for Undertale since I made a post a while back that said I wouldn't (such a rebellious teenager I need to stick it to myself).

I set myself to 30 songs (Split evenly between Undertale and Deltarune) and excluded Remixes and Megalovania. I mainly went for Battle Themes and tried to represent as many characters as possible that were given a sequence and good music.
Did I overlook anything?

Honorable Mention #2 goes to Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans which absolutely would've been included if it actually appeared in the game instead of just the OST.

It was a lot of fun going through Deltarunes soundtrack as it isn't given as much attention as Undertales is. Rude Buster and VS Susie are very underrated imo and I cannot wait for what Chapters 3-7 will bring.
Chapter 2 Music might be off the table for CP11 since it's so recent but it might be possible depending how much Toby and Sakurai communicated for this hypothetical list.
