Pyra/Mythra don't wear a belt, but Rex does and Rex is in their moveset for the Final Smash and Taunts.

I'm pretty sure Pyra wears a vaguely belt like strap across her hips and Min Min owns the champion's belt so she canonically has one. Obviously, this means that fighter 11 will be Sol Badguy who wears two belts.

Quite a lot of work but it would definitely be nice if we had a final smash that was different for every character. We dont have one of those yet.

I feel like that would work really well with Monokuma, since the unique executions are one of his hallmarks. "Oshioki taimu!" and the image of him hitting the button with his gavel, and then the little pixelated sequence of the culprit getting dragged away, are pretty iconic at this point. But that would probably require way too much work if they were all unique CGs after that. Something like the Ace Attorney idea where only the character has a unique animation, would be way easier.

Alright...

• For the character? Zero from the Mega Man Zero series (aka Zero (Z) in Mega Man X DiVE).
• For the franchise? Either Arle or her Doppelganger from Puyo Puyo~n.
• For the moveset? Sakura or Nakoruru & Rera. Have you even seen how fast Sakura's Nekketsu Hadoken super move goes? Fastest Street Fighter attack, PERIOD. Also, Nakoruru & Rera could work like Pyra & Mythra as a two-in-one character.
• For the music... Crash Bandicoot. Just having a stage that plays Dingodile's boss theme from Warped would be absolute heaven. Throw in some Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity music as well, the music in those games are just amazing.
• For the funnies and salt? Lilith Aensland. I'd love to see all the Morrigan fans get SO angry over that.
• Miscellaneous? Tough choice for me, but I have to go with either Dark Ran from Twinkle Star Sprites, or Time Buttermitt (yes, that's her ACTUAL name) from the sequel.

I will put some characters in more than one category.

For the character: Gill Grunt, Tracer, Kratos, Doomguy, Phoenix Wright, Garchomp, Spyro, Eggman, Red the Angry Bird, Ryu Hayabusa, and Scorpion
For the franchise: Gill Grunt, Tracer, Doomguy, Crash, Master Chief, Adol (I can respect the Ys legacy), Red, Phoenix Wright
For the moveset: Gill Grunt, Doomguy, Master Chief, Red, Phoenix, Axel, and
For the music: Phoenix, Ezio, Reiko Nagase (Ridge Racer), Hayabusa, and any SEGA character (because I would die for SASRT music)

I mean, nothing wrong with it, aside from being pretty one-sided. Best bet for a more straightforward post would probably be putting Reimu & Touhou into franchise(as franchise can imply not just franchise, but character and music too since they are technically part of franchise) and putting in your 2nd most wanted characters for character, moveset, music and whatnot.

• For the funnies/salt: I personally don't consider this a legitimate reason to want a character.

I think it's more for, "character you really want but know people will get salty about them". That sorta deal.

Moveset: Void Termina, I fail to see how playing as a cosmic deity of destruction could possibly not be fun. I also tend to like floaties and weird characters so "unholy floating ball of death" would be the perfect fit for me lol.
Music: Frisk/Chara, I love like the entire OST of Undertale lol.
