Nope. Mario Party Superstars is a new game, not DLC.

And I do absolutely want Wario Land back, but at the same time, I wouldn't wish WarioWare's demise for it. One because I do enjoy the other characters of WarioWare(seriously, bring them to Mario Kart already). Two because I understand why people enjoy them, as I enjoyed the Wii game. And three, I don't want to curl the monkey paw by Wario Land coming back, but not doing well and we lose both Wario Land and WarioWare.

Half joking aside, I doubt it. First of all, the remakes need to sell well and while I don't doubt that they'll turn up a profit, I do doubt they'll sell gangbusters as like already mentioned, Japan didn't get it at E3 at all and there's also how it doesn't seem to have a physical release, which is generally a sign that a publisher lacks confidence, doubly so as I get the feeling Wayforward were the ones who approached Nintendo for this. Then there's actual fan demand, I don't see the main trio being popular enough requests to catch Nintendo's attention, though to be fair I don't know about how popular they were in Brawl which changes my perspective.

The Andy support thread owner told me on Discord early but it doesn't seem to have a physical release for the EU, my local retailer which has SMTV, Dread, Superstars and more... Didn't have AW at all.

Honestly I doubt the Advance wars remake will really change something for Andy's chance for the next Smash. At this point Andy could get in as a retro rep, but I don't think those remakes will sell like hot cakes and really bring back Advance wars as a big franchise.

Hey, at least it's something. Punch-Out Wii did moderately well but didn't set the world on fire (even though it should have), still it was enough to revitalize interest in the series / characters and push Little Mac to the forefront to get him into Smash 4 anyway. Still no new Punch-Out game in sight, to my frustration, but one game did the trick.

Switch games have been selling like hot cakes pretty much by default so I think a lot of that also depends on how much Nintendo wants to market it. Seeing how they even pushed pretty hard for Famicom Detective Club I imagine Advance Wars will get a nice boost.

Tbf, I did suggest Ezio as a counter to Altair's outfit before.

While they're not fro the same series but rather just the same company Altair and the Rabbids tie in with Rayman
Vault Boy.. idk about a Fallout protagonist, but Bethesda similarities with, say, Dovahkiin are a think.

I would be over the moon if we got more Undertale content somehow. I don't think it's likely at all but it would make me happy.

Otherwise uh... I'd like classic red jacket Travis? I don't think that counts, lmao. The more exciting / practical prospects come moreso from general companies I originally wrote off (like Capcom) rather than the series that got costumes directly.

Honestly I could see Frisk getting in at this point, especially if Nintendo saw the huge positive reaction to Sans and they want to expand the Undertale universe with more content.

Maybe a few Soulcalibur tracks as well if we're lucky.

Fire Emblem Awakening was seen as the last brink chance for the series as well.

As long as they market it well anything is possible.
