the D&B in tulsa is really tight. it's huge, though, like half the size of a single story mall...so i can't imagine one in a mall.

I used to but forced myself out of the habit. Like Dave said as long as you can play what/how you want it's not that important. But personally it's improved my playing to expand into ring finger and VERY OCCASIONALLY the dreaded pinky.
