Dude believe me I went through that too. I kinda regret it too since I gave up faith a few months later when the 'rents got divorced.
Ironically enough, I wrote a paper on how a series of books influenced this earlier today.

and some kid i knew from 2nd grade who sells trees and randomly talks out cus he a g
1 hr 30 min . . . every monday for a while
its okay but i could be doing better stuff then talking to a deacon / priest about things i learn in THEOLOGY class at school

Question: can a suspense/thriller movie succeed if the things meant to lend it thrills and suspense are pedestrian and predictable? I don't think so.
But this almost made up for all of its flaws:

The more I think about it, the more I dislike Shutter Island. It was so good up until that ending, which has been done so many times before. Scorsese's directing was flawless as usual, but what does it matter with that ridiculous twist that everyone saw coming a million miles away. Not to mention
that AWFUL theme that kept playing at all the wrong moments ESPECIALLY right as he's about to shoot his wife. That scene was so cringe worthy
