Probably will be updated this week depending on if i get replies from the rest of the panelists and if im not swamped with end of semester HW.
also, i believe i'm the only panelist who is not on the top 10/top 15. I'm pretty much only there because nobody else is doing it.

its actually kind of a good list. Why isn't sweet 4 or RoW included though? Those were more legit than all those SSBOs on there.
How many more tourneys does Darkatma need cuz hes up there. Also Chexr and JBM should be close too. I mean if all those purdue people qualify then other people should be close.
also why is kirkq> goosefactor I though goose usually smoked kirk. must be a SG placement or the time kirk beat dart ROFL

Deku, Chexr and Atma are all short 1 tournament in order to be included. I believe JBM is short 2 tournaments.
The reason this is called "Chicago-Land" Power rankings is because these are the players who are attending tournaments together frequently. Anyone (from the midwest) can be included on this list if they are attending tournaments that includes chicago-land players frequently. Obviously, as distance increases the likelihood of people doing that decreases, but we do not discriminate amongst the midwest.
As for Kirk > Goose... Thats just what the votes read. As far as I know, Kirk disagrees with purdue's power ranking and doesn't play his matches, which is why he is ranked where he is on their list.

well i'm active now, this was just based on before i moved up here
and i mean no hate by the criticism, but when this idea came up some of us said things like "none of us really care about it" but others said "yes we do, and we'll do the work to get it done" or whatever. it just seems like you guys are forcing something that not many of you care too much about since it took over a month for people to type up a short list and email it. also, while i think the list is pretty accurate, panelists may need to be more strictly chosen in the future. i dont know when the last time blackpanther played anybody outside of peoria, and little england hasnt left purdue since sgng2
i also think purdue should be not included in midwest grouping until those guys stop hosting tournaments the same days as tourneys 2 hours away and start going outside of their school instead of just waiting to see who comes to them. honestly it just displays a complete lack of unity and shows that their community overall has no concern for things like this

its pretty fair that way though matt, **** would be crazy if people had to guess where deku and trail and people like that would land
not to mention there is no geographical basis for these rankings, so you'd have to argue as to why mango isnt on our rankings

i always wanted to be on Norcal PR but I'm never around long enough back home to get the amount of tournies needed to be on it

I have no complaints with it except maybe BigD's about Purdue
but it doesn't really matter as long as people keep going to purdue to play i guess
